These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Prestigious Patios L.L.C., a construction company based in East Wenatchee, Washington. By using our website, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Prestigious Patios L.L.C. provides construction services including patio construction, outdoor living spaces, and related work. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of each project are detailed in separate written estimates or contracts provided to the customer before work begins.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided by Prestigious Patios L.L.C. are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Actual costs may vary if project conditions differ from those observed during the initial assessment, if the customer requests changes to the scope of work, or if material costs change significantly between the time of estimate and project start.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt. Prestigious Patios L.L.C. reserves the right to pause or stop work if payment is not received as agreed. The customer may be responsible for collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, to the extent permitted by Washington state law.
Scheduling and Access
Project scheduling is subject to weather, material availability, permit timelines, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly. The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the project site during scheduled work hours and to ensure the work area is clear of obstructions.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and project requirements
- Obtain any necessary homeowner association approvals, if applicable
- Disclose known property conditions that may affect the project (e.g., underground utilities, drainage issues)
- Ensure that all necessary property owner approvals are obtained before work begins
Permits and Compliance
Unless otherwise specified in writing, Prestigious Patios L.L.C. will obtain the necessary building permits for the project where required. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer unless included in the project estimate. All work is performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal building codes.
Warranty
Prestigious Patios L.L.C. stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, if applicable, will be outlined in the project contract or estimate. Warranty coverage does not extend to issues caused by misuse, neglect, failure to perform reasonable maintenance, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington state law, the total liability of Prestigious Patios L.L.C. for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Prestigious Patios L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts of Douglas County, Washington.
Cancellation
If the customer wishes to cancel a project after work has begun, the customer is responsible for payment of all work completed to date, materials purchased or ordered, and any non-refundable expenses incurred by Prestigious Patios L.L.C. in connection with the project. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to office@prestigiouspatios.com.
Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Prestigious Patios L.L.C. — by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form, by texting our business phone number, or by verbally requesting text communication during a phone call or in-person consultation — you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, estimate, project scheduling, project updates, pool maintenance service notifications, appointment reminders, and general customer service.

Prestigious Patios L.L.C. is not responsible for any fees or charges from your mobile carrier related to text messaging.
